Established in 1956 by our former president of India, the late Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Kurukshetra University started with just one department for Sanskrit, and today it is offering various courses and study programs like MCom, BCom, MA, BA, and many more in online mode. The university is situated in Haryana State. This university is accredited by many government organizations, like NAAC A+ grade, the National Institutional Ranking Framework, and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell. This university campus is located at a place that is famous in the Mahabharata epic, Kurukshetra, around the holy river Brahmi Sarovar, and it is extended in the area of 400 acres of land.
