Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University

Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU) is a public university located in Uttar Pradesh, India. Established in 1975 as Rohilkhand University, it was renamed to honor the social reformer Mahatma Jyotiba Phule in 1997. As per the name of the district of a higher institution of knowledge, which will serve nine western districts of Uttar Pradesh, encompassing a population of approximately 30 million people within a land mass of roughly 31,287 sq km.
