LBS Centre for Science & Technology (LBSCS&T) is an autonomous body set up by the Government of Kerala in 1976. It is situated in Thiruvananthapuram and has several regional institutes and colleges functioning in different districts of the state. The Centre forms a crucial link between the Kerala Government, educational institutions, and industries, as it strives to improve the quality of technical and professional education in the area. The main activities of the institution are computer training, technical consultancy, and the conduct of state-level entrance examinations, along with the management of admission and allotment processes in medical, paramedical, and engineering streams through centralized systems.
