Jain Vishva Bharati Institute (JVBI) is a Deemed-to-be University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, which was established in 1991 by the Government of India. This institution was founded with the inspiration of Gurudev Tulsi in Ladnun, District Deedwana-Kuchaman, Rajasthan. JVBI is known to be one of those rare institutions that enlightens students not only academically but also spiritually. After its foundation, “Gurudev Shri Tulsi remained its first constitutional Anushasta (moral and spiritual guide), followed by Acharya Shri Mahaprajna as its second Anushasta. Acharya Mahashraman is its present Anushasta.” Jain Vishva Bharati Institute offers a range of regular courses, including Jainism, the Science of Living, English Literature, and Commerce. To make quality education accessible to those who lack access to traditional education, JVBI has developed a range of distance learning courses. The distance courses you can enroll in at JVBI include Master's Degree Courses (MA), Bachelor's Degree Courses (BA and B.Com), Certificate Courses, and Training Programs. All these courses offered by Jain Vishva Bharati Institute are fully recognized, as the institution is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). In addition to all this, the institution has a strong Learner Support Center (Student Help Center), Headquartered at JVBI, to help distance and online learners. Self-study material (SLM) and Video Lectures are also available for remote learners of the institution. Furthermore, Jain Vishva Bharati Institute (JVBI) also has a placement cell that connects students with a well-established network of recruiters.
