• Graduate from the Placement Guarantee Course within the originally stipulated duration without requiring any paid extension & make all the fee payments on a timely basis without any delay. • Apply and accept only those internships with PPO and job opportunities that fulfil the salary guarantee. • Be eligible and authorized to work in India and pass the background checks conducted by a company before starting the internship and ensure to meet any other condition as may be decided and communicated by Internshala from time to time. • Do not decline an employment offer that you get without Internshala 's approval or leave a job/training/internship mid-way nor be terminated from it due to lack of performance or misconduct.

Internshala is an online training and internship-providing platform. It is well-recognized in the industry for its quality services (academic and placement-related) and government-approved certifications.

Programs offered by Internshala are NSDC-recognized and thus, are completely valid in India.

In the guaranteed placement courses, you learn the course topics via online sessions led by highly qualified instructors and their practical knowledge through industry projects.

Internshala guarantees that every eligible Placement Guarantee course student will be able to secure a placement (full-time employment or internship with a pre-placement offer or internship) within 6 months after graduating from the Placement Guarantee course, failing which Internshala will refund the Placement Guarantee course fee paid by the student.

Anyone with an interest and authorization to work in India can apply for any internship or training course at Internshala.

Upon completing your course at Internshala, you will be provided with a certification from Internshala. You can get one from NSDC and Skill India by filling out some extra information in the application form at the time of admission. In addition to that, you also need to score more than 50% in the program to get this second certificate.

Placement preparation sessions include 1:1 interview preparation sessions with mentors. These also include sessions on cover letter writing, resume writing, LinkedIn profile building, and mock interviews.

In the case of a job guarantee program, placement prep services are mandatory and if you are not attending any session, you will be debarred from the guaranteed job program. However, you will still be able to access the online course content.

For a Placement Guarantee Course student to be *eligible for the Job or Salary Guarantee, they should - • Meet the 75% aggregate marks for the Placement Guarantee Course • Participate in all placement-related activities, placement preparation sessions & drives organized by Internshala • Make sincere and reasonable efforts to apply for various internships and jobs offered on Internshala (at least 10 relevant applications per week) and/or on other platforms and attend ALL interviews & selection processes arranged/offered by Internshala • Not indulge in any inappropriate disciplinary behaviour or action during the course completion, recruitment process, and training/internship period (including plagiarism)
